How are the quotation and final weight determined?
The quotation considers grade, condition, quantity, location and current commercial factors. The weighment basis, inspection conditions and any agreed deductions are documented before the sale.
When will I receive payment?
Payment milestones are agreed for each transaction and recorded in the purchase order. We do not publish a universal payment-time guarantee because terms vary by material and contract.
Who arranges the vehicle and lifting?
Vehicle placement and material lifting are coordinated according to the agreed commercial terms. Loading responsibility, site access, weighment and dispatch readiness are clarified in advance.
Can overseas buyers send an enquiry?
